Hi, welcome to Moving with Megan Fitness, I'm happy you are here!

My name is Megan (who would've thought) and I love all things movement. From playing sports in my younger years to training for marathons and races now, I always strive toward bettering myself physically and mentally. I received my ACE Group Fitness Instructor certification in 2020, and fell in love with helping others to reach their fitness goals.

Outside of spending lots of time at the gym and on the trails, I work full-time as a Registered Nurse. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Rehabilitation Psychology, Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing, and Master of Science degree in Nursing. I have experience in cardiac medicine, spinal cord injuries and disorders, and sports medicine. In addition to my college degrees, I have also achieved certifications such as: American Heart Association BLS, American Heart Association ACLS, and National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS).

What started as a hobby project for friends and family turned into so much more. I created this treadmill strength guide for all levels as my goal is to meet you where you are in your fitness journey. It's extremely customizable and a go at your own pace type of guide.
